Specialty coffee production has helped farmer Orlando preserve his scenic farm where he grew up and lived.
Acquiring shared value, a commitment to sustainable agriculture, and contributing to exports outside of Colombia were among the activities he undertook with export companies visiting the country. He also removed some trees and focused on producing and improving the quality of the coffee beans to achieve the ideal coffee characteristics.
